Use Instructions: To properly ease your body into optimal shape, follow these instructions for taking im-tuitive's 10-day supply of smart proteins and vitamins:
PRE: Day 1: Take 2 packets, one in the morning and one in the afternoon or at night.
PRE: Day 2-5: Take 3 packets a day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one at night.
